Facebook Gaming Creator Summit 2019 /

The three-day experience brought together 200 of Southeast Asia's top gaming creators in Manila. We knew it was our opportunity to showcase Filipino hospitality at its finest — from airport arrivals to the local details in their rooms, we let them understand why it's 'more fun in the Philippines.'

While managing end-to-end logistics, we delivered live-show programming across plenary sessions, breakout tracks, and pocket activities. Immersive highlights included custom photo stops — a ball pit, mini skateboard ramp, and bathtub installation — plus a cozy movie night and an all-white gala dinner at the Grand Hyatt Manila.

This summit not only allowed us to deliver seamless logistics at scale but was also a welcome opportunity to show that we, Filipinos, go the extra 'smile.'
