International Women's Day 2026 /

For Meta Singapore's International Women's Day event, themed “Connect to Grow,” we designed the full guest journey — from digital registration to three interactive Meta AI activations to a WhatsApp-powered café concierge — for a room of senior industry leaders across AI, business, and digital creation at Meta's own Marina One office.

We mapped a three-stage narrative — Welcoming, Connecting, Growing — that turned a familiar office space into an immersive journey. Guests generated 133 Meta AI Mosaic portraits, enjoyed refreshments without queuing for their coffee order, and took home a sustainable floral swag pulled straight from the day's set design, as the event drew a full house of senior industry leaders.
