The Meta Marketing Summit will always have a special place in our history. Conceived in 2019, we proudly stewarded this flagship platform up until 2025. Over the years, our role grew to include end-to-end event production, RSVP management, live show programming, conceptualization, 3D rendering, and fabrication.

Each edition brought its own challenges: from transforming one large space into three silent breakout stages using S.I. equipment, to introducing playful experiences like a Reels Studio booth, claw-machine giveaways, and networking zones designed to spark conversation. Attendance steadily grew from 300 to over 700 attendees, reinforcing the summit as a key platform for Meta to connect with partners and industry leaders.

As a legacy agency, we had the honour to scale and localise the experiences to other neighbouring markets like Thailand and Vietnam.

We conceptualized a networking lounge that inspired both creativity and conversation.

We were challenged to transform one large event space into three breakout rooms. The solution: silent stages.

We sectioned 2 other areas in the hall to create a total of 3 sections.

Then, we utilized Simultaneous Interpretation (S.I.) equipment to create the silent stages.

Food and beverage that is easy to eat and filling.

Self-checkin kiosks powered by Splashthat.

We utilized the height of the venue to partition the space by adding thin fabric from ceiling to floor.

Silent stages were added for breakout, utilizing Simultaneous Interpretation (S.I.) equipment.

Local small businesses were featured at the center of the hall, providing beverage and snacks to the guests.

The iconic Facebook reactions and Instagram stickers served as a fun decoration for the macaron swags.
